Only 28 families will share this mountaintop community, each home site offers an acre or more. Those who live here will share a fortunate bond, living in this idyllic setting within the city. There's time to say hello along the walking trails that ramble through the community or to share the view from the forest pavilion that overlooks the valley toward downtown. Great care has been taken to preserve and make the most of what nature has provided.
